I had an epiphany tonight. One of my best ladies said something to me yesterday that really annoyed me. But the reason it annoyed me was because I knew it was true, and I just didn't want to admit it.

Also, I cannot sleep.

There is a song that I wanted to post, but I can't find it anywhere. It's an old soul jam by Homer Banks. It goes something like "It's good to be careful, but it's better, baby, to be loved." Wise words.
